Description:
YL-807/YL-807A Hydraulic Heel Seat/Toe Lasting Machines for stitch down shoes are of a new model made with the latest technology, it is good for clamping the heel lasting or toe part to the sides edge of stitch down shoes, Goodyear shoes and special-style shoes. The wiper can meet the demand of making both big and small shoes as well as firming the corners of last with uppers. Cut down the cost of mould and can tighten well the upper and mid-sole with the supporter.
Technical Features:
1. The machine is designed with double stations and wipers are functioned with inching movement arm speed adjustment, which makes the whole adjustment of lasting control more convenient.
2. The height of the last support plate is remotely controlled. There is a numerical instruction provided for reference which makes the operation easier and more efficient.
3. The pressure and speed for each mechanism are adjusted and the pressure gage makes the operation and adjustment more conveniently.
4. The newly designed forward and backward adjusting mechanism for last support plates can quickly adjust the corresponding position of last support plates according to different shoes sizes;
5. It has the function to cut down the balance sides to mould and be tight to the shoes lasts with perfect appearance.
